What we collect
When you book a call, leave a note, chat with Naka, or call our front desk, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and the message you send so we can respond and run the service.
How we use it
We use contact details to answer you, schedule conversations, improve Naka for Nakara’s own site, and operate client engagements you ask us to run. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use standard infrastructure and communications providers (for example hosting, email, and phone) to deliver the site and front desk. They process data only to provide those services.
Client work
If you become a client, we handle your business data under the agreement we sign with you. That agreement controls retention, access, and deletion for operational data.
